Tri was purchased from Trifecta Kennels, as a stud dog and gun dog. He has more than fulfilled his promise. He is an excellent upland dog with a great nose and lots of drive and hunt. He is a good marking dog, he rarely misses a bird down. He excels on cold trails, and knows how to use his nose. He is also very gentle, good in the house, loves children, and is good with other dogs. Highly trainable, good looking, with that "extra" a great gundog needs. He is not afraid of the coldest water, has a terrific entry, and is a strong swimmer even in a heavy river current. He sires exceptional pups.
